NEW ENGLAND

Days 1 - 2

Start your trip at Boston - the historical gateway city to New England.
Stay at the newly opened Four Seasons Hotel in One Dalton, Boston's tallest tower since 1976.

Take a private city tour to world-famous Harvard University.

PORTSMOUTH & MAINE
Days 3 - 4

Start your road adventure by driving north to Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Marvel at the 39 conserved houses of Strawbery Banke, one of the oldest neighbourhoods in America.
Next stop is foodie destination of Portland, Maine - a lively port town with a rich historic and cultural heritage.
Stay at the Portland Harbour Hotel
Take a sunset cruise around Casco Bay and spot the many lighthouses along the coast.
Feast on some of the best oysters you'll ever taste at Eventide Lobster Co, or dine on line-caught halibut or local, dry-aged ribeye steak at Central Provisions.
Explore Portland's many galleries, shops and museums.

MOUNT WASHINGTON & NEW HAMPSHIRE
Days 5 - 6

Drive west through Maine's picturesque lakes region and into New Hampshire's White Mountains.
Stay at the Omni Mount Washington Hotel
During the summer months, hike up Mount Washington, New England's tallest mountain (6,289 ft / 1,917m). In winter, reach the summit via the world's oldest Cog Railway on a steam train.
Play golf on one of many immaculate courses.
Enjoy a vast array of outdoor activities on the many mountain lakes from swimming, fishing, boating or just plain basking in the sun.
Explore northern New Hampshire and visit the Flume, a natural granite gorge with wooden walkways and rushing waterfalls.

VERMONT & WOODSTOCK
Days 7 - 8

Continue the scenic journey south-westwards to the Connecticut River Valley.
Be led by the rivers and streams to Quechee Gorge, Vermont's 'little Grand Canyon’.
Enjoy a leisurely bike ride around Lake Champlain
Visit the Simon Pearce Glass Blowing Mill in Quechee and watch the craftsmen at work.
Stay and dine at the timelessly elegant Woodstock Inn
Vermont is the Green Mountain state known for its pristine landscapes and rolling hills.
Take a trip to picturesque Montpelier, the country's smallest state capital city.
Spend the day shopping and dining in Burlington, Vermont's largest city.

LENOX & MASSACHUSETTS
Days 9 - 10

Follow Route 7 through the scenic Green Mountains via Manchester, Vermont to Lenox.
In Manchester, stop and dine at local favourite, Marsh Tavern.
Stay at the charming Cranwell Resort.
Visit the Norman Rockwell Museum, dedicated to the artist, whose folksy paintings celebrated everyday life in 20th-century America.
Enjoy an outdoor concert at Tanglewood, the Boston Symphony's summer home.

NEWPORT & RHODE ISLAND
Days 11 - 12

Take a walking tour and learn about Newport's colonial history which dates back to 1639.
Stroll along Ocean Drive with its 10 miles of historic seaside landmarks.

Cruise through Newport in a classic car.

CAPE COD
Days 13 - 14

The perfect place to end your New England adventure is Cape Cod.
For the quintessential Cape Cod experiecne, stay at the stunning Chatham Bars Inn
Enjoy spectacular beaches, museums, boutique stores, sailing and great golf courses.
Go whale-watching off the coast of Chatham.
Discover the Mayflower II, a replica of the ship that carried the pilgrims to the New World at Plymouth Rock.
